Parimatch - Amount not credit

I deposit **k on * January via paytm, amount deducted but not credit in my app.
I contact to customer support but they just told me to wait wait wait
As today I check app payment history it's shows declined but amount not credit not refund. Very very poor service and I'm going to file complaint in police it's not a small amount I also found in which account and in which state bank my amount was transformed. I know they use incoin as medium for transaction I'll fuck everyone they don't know my connection
