Razorpay - Amount is not credited to my account after 2 months

Uddeshya Gautam filed complaint against Razorpay on Jan 7, 2019

I have cancelled my ticket booked on yatra in November and they initiated the refund on **th November, **** with refund id 'rfnd_BMQlYAPkmR*MKa' but still i have not got the refund. I have been contacting yatra they are saying they are waiting for razorpay to revert and provide the information but they are not providing the information. I have contacted razorpay also but they are not providing any information. I need my money ASAP as its already been * months.
