Hdfc Bank - Amount hold by bank

My brother is having education loan from hdfc bank and I am the co-applicant in that loan. I m also having my Salary a/c in hdfc bank, on **th June bank hold my all the amount which was in my account and marked lied on that amount and also my balance is showing in minus. The loan was taken in **** and in moratorium period, we are paying the pre-emi's to the bank since the loan has started. But now they hold amount in my(co-applicant) savings account of whole amount that is approx ***** and total balance showing -*.** lakhs that is I guess total loan amount. So I wanted to complaint against the bank that how they hold co-applicant's amount and that too in moratorium period of loan. I want that the lien has been removed from my account and want my whole amount back.
