I have done a transaction of Rs.*** at near gas filling station on **th November and the transaction failed. When I have asked for the amount to refund they are saying the amount has not added in their account. So I asked where amount has gone. They are not resolving the issue from the last *month.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
