Hi sir, we have garment business.we had purchased mswipe device but some budy stolen the device.we have given complaint and paid amount of rs **** rs for device and requested to close account,but they had not deactivated this account every month amount getting debited from my account till now ***** rs debited from my account..they are producing cheques * times a month.i had called customer care many times send e mail for complaint .they had removed tollfree number for every minute call they are charging * rs.to complaint to tellicaller ** rs getting charged. i had attached evidence .complaint request number.
