Red tape shoes - Amount deducted two times but order is placed only once

I made payment through Google pay on Flipkart, I was trying to order a red tape shoe from Flipkart, I done payment through Google pay but it shows payment option again then I think that the payment was not done that's why it is showing, then I done payment second time through Google pay again for the same product, and still showing pending order, after some time it was shown that order is completed , and amount is deducted two times but ordered only once, I called Flipkart customer care then they told that I can't help you , you should to contact with your bank , what is this scam by Flipkart, this is very very bad for this Flipkart.
