Bank of India - Amount deducted from my account but not credited to another account

Dear sir/madam, I've transfer rs**** from my account ***************(boi) to another account ************/ifsc(pytm*******) Amount deducted from my account but not credited there. I had to pay that amount for a product at sale on **% descounted price. And today is the last date of sale. Now i have to buy that product on extra price. I think bank is completely responsible for this delay and my loss. So they have to pay my loss... I've also mail this problem to boi.starconnect@bankofindia.co.in support.mobileapps@bankofindia.co.in and three other email id's of bank of india * times.... I've called to customer care (**********/***********) * times But they dont help me to solve this problem... Everytime they said that this is upi transaction and we cant do anything... And also when we want to connect to customer care it take ** to ** minutes to answer everytime very poor service of this bank When i complaint them for this problem they cant give me any reqest number no reply from email....
