Mobikwik app - Amount deducted but Recharge not done

Dear Sir,
I have done a recharge of Vodafone mobile number ********** dated ** March time *:** AM Amount Rs. ***/- by Mobikwik app.
But My amount deducted from my account also recharge successful message received by mobikwik app.
But Recharge not done of given Vodafone number also complaint registered to mobikwik app but his response is please contact Vodafone Operator also give me his payment reference I'd ONR**************** Which by payment done. If recharge not done by Vodafone Operator then take written confirmation by Vodafone Operator.

After long time mail communication with Vodafone operator by Email his response is not any recharge done. If my payment not reached at Vodafone Operator then where is my deducted amount.

Please resolved my issues or refund my deducted amount as soon as possible.
