This is regarding the payment failure for my order that was placed on ** Dec'** on Myntra app amounting to ****.** via Airtel Payment bank. It was a sale day and it seems Myntra app was not able to handle the load and after many retires when i tried making the payment the app crashed but the money was deducted from my Airtel payment bank account and on contacting Myntra and following up with them multiple times the end result is that they are shamelessly saying that they have not received the payment and that too after following up with them again and again and getting harrased mentally whereas it is evident that the problem was in Myntra app.
For double ensurance, i have contacted Airtel also and they confirmed that the payment was successfull from their end.
