Ibis - Amount deducted and didn t get booking

I have tried booking hotel in kochi -ibis check in date **th and check out on **th the amount rupees **** debited from my account and got an apologizing message from agoda - was mentioned the property was unavailable pleases choose another property.
I have send complaint mail to agoda customer service still I didn't get any valid response and refund
