Aditya Bothra filed complaint against Cred App on Oct 14, 2022
I paid Rs. **,*** (UTR No. HGA*P*D*F***********) + Rs. **,*** (UTR No. HGA*P*C*E***********) towards my HDFC Corporate Credit Card through the Cred app on **th October ****.
The same has not been credited to my credit card yet.
We have been trying to reach a customer care executive through the app but we are only getting standard replies.
Please look into the issue on an urgent basis.

I made a bill payment for my HDFC credit card payment but it was received on the bank end. There is also running a mail with cred app but they are not interested in giving any response about complain ticket.
On **th Feb I had made payment of Rs.**** through this App. Till date money is not credited. I am been following up since that date, I am.not getting any response nor any support.
