my wife has place an order worth of rs ***/- on **/**/** at meesho, i have made payment via my credit card, at first time the payment got debitted from my card but unfortunately the order was not booked. we thought its okay, the amount will be returned within few day, so again i made payement of *** and this time the order is placed as well.
we waited for few days, as sometime it may take time for refund, but when nothing happens after ** days, i send a mail to the customer care with all the necessary documents with my subject.
weeks passed with the assurance that it will be refunded with in few days, but nothing happens.
whenever i escalate the matter, again they ask me to send all the documents like credit card statement, bank msg, etc. i have send them statement for next * months to them, but all goes in vain.
each time i call them, they gave me a new complaint number and assurance only.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
