i placed an order on *st october on blinkit for ₹*** and the amount got debited but the order was not placed. i talked to the support team twice and they assured me that i'd get a refund between *-* business days and I still did not receive my money back. today i again tried to ask for support but the order for october *st is no longer being reflected in the menu anymore so i can't really file a complaint on the app. i want my money back since i have received no products or help.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
