Hi...I have done a transaction on Myntra via Mobiwik of amount Rs. ****. My amount got debited from my mobiwik wallet/account, but order did not placed. Although I have re order the all items from another account as I urgently required. Please help me to get my refund as Myntra told me they already initiated it and mobikwik told that if the refund is initiated they quickly credit back to my wallet. That means Myntra has not initiated any refund as of now. Please do the needful. As I have urgent requirement of money.

They refund my amount of *** rupees in July **** and now they say it got expired in Oct ****. They are not ready to credit my *** rupees back to my account.
