Wazirx India - Amount debited but not credited to my wazirx account

I have transferred an amount of ****** from my sbi account to the wazirx account given by wazir x , the amount got deducted and shown as successful woth refrence and transaction ID but wazir x is denying saying they have not recieved any amount . They dont provide a customer care number . Whom should i contact and to whom should i complaint. I have cross checked from my sbi bank also . my registered email on wazirx is arshedhssn***@gmail.com . Please help
