Dear Sir/Madam I made recharge for Rs ***.** for the talk time after expire of the talk time , however, as per Vodafone they claim that I was not eligible to recharge that plan and not able to activate the phone number. I made several requests ( attached email) but they are not willing to do the same and asking me to recharge again on/with the eligible plan . When I was not eligible for that plan why they are allowing me to recharge , and by mistake some one do so also they are accepting the money and not willing to refund or activate . It is not fair practice at all. Example: If book the train ticket and i am not received the confirm ticket, railways never says we keep the money and ask me to redo the booking and they will add this amount . What a justification it is ..... I need your support to resolve this issue forever and it should not happen to any other customer too, if they do like this to customer they simple make the customer gullible and make the money and the poor customer is losing the money for no reason let them disable when the customer choose the wrong plan.
