Dhani app - Amount being debited without my consent and knowledge

I took a personal loan of Rs. *****/- from Dhani App for which Rs. ***/- is debited as per NACH every month for * year. Now, i have seen deduction of Rs. ***/- in the month of June **** against same Loan account and Rs. ***/- on *th July **** which are against my consent. when i wrote to them, i got a reply that Rs. *** is against Premium membership which i did not take at any point as i am being harassed by these culprits since Jan. ****. The customer care number is also not reachable at all. Kindly help me in getting the amount refunded ASAP as this is the hard earned money and these people are shameless.
