Kent R O - AMC Subject Formal Complaint Regarding Fraudulent AMC Charges for Kent RO

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding the fraudulent service provided during the last maintenance of my Kent RO system.
During the previous service, the attending engineer collected ₹*,*** from me under the pretext of AMC charges. He assured me that for one year, all services and replacement of any parts would be free of cost and that I would not be required to pay any additional charges.
However, when I contacted your customer care today for service, I was informed that a service charge of ₹*** would be applicable. This directly contradicts the assurance given to me earlier. It clearly indicates that the engineer who visited previously misled me and fraudulently collected money.
I request you to kindly:
*. Investigate this matter on priority.
*. Take strict action against the concerned engineer.
*. Ensure that my AMC benefits, as promised, are honored without any additional charges.
Please treat this as an urgent complaint and provide me with a written resolution at the earliest.
