Kent R O - AMC charged excess

I have existing AMC covered upto **** for kent RO. Kent mobile application is forced to take this AMC again without expiring my existing AMC. This thing happened from Kent. They didn't confirmed contract number and status of service warranty extension till now. I have asked refund of excess amount. They will refuse my quires. Your reference mail communication attached. How can I believe with KENT mobile application in future.
