Amazon .in - Amazon Cheating by false Mail

Hi,
I have placed an order for i phone ** ** gb product by paying ful by credit card.
Then tried to cancel same order from Amazon App. I was not able to cancel that Order and i recieved a mail for that same with instruction to follow. I followed the instruction and accepted the order then i tried to return it for full refund as it is mentioned in that mail. I called multiple time to customer care but they refused to refund and told that mail is automated mail . That mail does not have any significance as they have diffrent policy for this product.
If they have different policy that should be mentioned in that mail as instruction to be fallowed .
I am mentally harashd and tortured by them as I fallowed the instruction sent by Amazon India.
I would request to look into this and resolve my problem. I have that amil and product with me .
I demand my ful refund with proper cancellation and if possible I demand concession for this torture and mental presser caused by Amazon India .
