Amazon .in - Amazon and Capital Float harassment Amazon pay EMI

I ordered product on July ** and selected Amazon pay EMI (i need to pay a full amount on Sep *) and product didn't reach me on time. So cancelled on ** Aug. Got acknowledgment on Aug **th that your refund is approved and seller has approved your refund. From Sep * ,I am getting harassed everyday from Capital Float to pay *****rs for product that was not delivered and cancelled almost ** days back.Where ever i call up Amzon customer care they are comming up with lame answers that i had refund cancelled refund .Even logic does not make sense .Because if i canclelled refund then , I need to pay *****rs from my pockect for the product that was canclled ** days back .I have all call recordings with both capital folat and amazon customer care ,about my claim and email proof about fraud by Amazon.
