Amazon .in - Amazon account closed

Account barred.
Grievance Details : Amazon blocked me on Amazon.in and closed my account and wrote in an email "Our records show that we previously closed an account of yours for violating the terms of our Conditions of Use agreement. When we close your account for violating the terms of an agreement, you cannot open a new account or use another account to place orders on our site." However, I never had any account on Amazon and neither I had violated any of the terms of an agreement. I only once placed one order #***-*******-******* for which the seller send an open box item and then they picked the item and provided me refund and further blocked and closed my Amazon.in account and restricted me to open any further accounts and placing any orders. I contacted Amazon as well in this regards but denied any further help and not responding to my emails. Please help me in restating Amazon account.
