Vinay Garg filed complaint against Vodafone on Oct 2, 2018
I have changed my plan from prepaid to postpaid. Then after two days of working fine, I found that my outgoing calls are barred and no internet. Then I came to know that it was blocked because they will send their person to verify the address. I waited for two days but no one came and I asked customer care then he said someone has visited but was not able to find my address to which I asked them I have given two number if he had come he would have called me and then he said Sorry for that sir. And now it been a week they also blocked my incoming calls and when I call them again they said we can't activate your sim until our person ever comes and do your verification.I don't know how one can do this to their valuable customers or at least they should have told before, that after you take your postpaid plan your sim might get blocked for a month since they have to do address verification and they will not do that.
