All Eyes Over Here - All eyes over you cheated and didn’t deliver my product

I have ordered a product from all ages over here and that was very poor in quality. So returned that product to exchange it with some other. They told me to bear the shipping cost which was approx *** rs and ask to pay *** rs as it was their policy. Now when they received the product back they didn’t ship me the new one. I’m in loss of some **** rs .and now when I am texting these people they are not even responding. This is the case of forgery. Kindly take some action . Please ban such sites
