Akbar Online Booking Co. Pvt. Ltd. - AKBAR TRAVELS PLAYING WITH REFUND BY TURKISH AIRLINE Unethical Business

Hope you are doing well. I hope you and your family is safe and healthy.
I had confirmed booking with Turkish Airline (Ticket NO: ************* & **) done through Akbar Travels (AT- *********)
**th June **** Istanbul Turkey to Bogoto Colombia
**th June **** Bogoto Colombia to Medellin Colombia
**th June **** Bogoto Colombia to Istanbul Turkey
**th June **** Istanbul Turkey to Mumbai India
Due to COVID-** pandemic worldwide. Turkish airline suspended these flights and offered various types of refund to avoid monetary refund. One of them Refund Voucher with **% more value of Total Ticket. In which I was interested in opting for.
I tried with Airline directly but airline told us to come via travel agent as your booking is through travel agent i.e Akbar Travels.
I have been trying to reach Akbar Travels since **rd May **** for re-negotiate this booking. But they hardly reply, they take good time in replying these queries.
But now they replied and they told us to take normal refund without that option of **% more voucher. As Turkish Airline is offering this only “As per latest update”.
Whereas we sent them recent screenshot of Turkish Airline they still happy to offer the same.
Later Akbar Travel comes with the reply, we can’t give you that kind of refund as asked by you. Without mentioning the reason for it.
If Airline is offering it and clearly only Akbar Travels being and agent. Why they are not passing this onto me??
Else Airline would have give me directly.
Being an agent. How can you say you can't provide what airline is offering to me.
If life is normal and normal change in booking would have cost me .. Akbar Travels would have taken difference price with me as per Airline. But today when I am getting refund. Akbar Travels changing rules.
I want refund as per Turkish Airline is offering to me Refund voucher of **% more than total ticket value.
I do regular booking with Akbar Travels all the year. But this time I had bad experience in this testing times.

I hope you and your form will help me in resolving the issue.
