Salman Sayed filed complaint against Akbar Online Booking Co. Pvt. Ltd. on Jul 9, 2019
On **.**.****, I had booked tickets through akbartravels.com - Sector: Mumbai-Bangalore; departure date:**.**.**** on Jet Airways.
However due to ongoing Jet Airways crisis, our flights were cancelled and subsequently on **.**.****, we sent a request for refund to Akbar Travels which amounts to Rs. **,***.**
Its been more than * months now and Akbar travels is passing the buck, every time we send an e-mail, they have a standard reply that if Jet Airways pays back, we will refund your money.
As an agent, Akbar Travels has taken the money from me for tickets which were unused and now they putting on Jet airways for refund. The payment was done through Debit card.
Please assist.
For your kind reference, I attach E-tickets and the Invoice raised by Akbar Travels.
