Yesterday I placed an order and made payment for the product but for some reason I cancel the order but I did not get my amount back though boat send me text message that they are initiated my refund and then the refund is processed but still its ** hours I did not get my money back.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
