Airtel - Airtel xtream air fibre not installed

I registered for the airtel xtream fibre on Nov ** and I paid **** rs to the airtel representative using the airtel thanks link.he promised me that the fibre would be installed in ** hours.The engineer came and checked everything and said that my house is about *km away from the *G tower, it can't be installed. They said they are canceling. After ** hours of cancelling, the refund will go in. But today it's been a week and the refund has not come.i feel cheated by these airtel employees and so called technician, engineers etc.
