I had recharged my number incorrectly with a *** ISD plan instead a normal recharge. I tried reaching out to the customer care and, unfortunately, I never go to interact with an executive.
I had recharged a few hours ago and the pack is valid for ** days. I don’t have any use of the pack and I request Airtel to try and reverse the transaction or atleast add the money to my Airtel app which I can use for my upcoming recharges in the following months.
Please hear me out and a resolution would be highly appreciated.
