Prathigna.com HR Solutions Pvt Ltd filed complaint against Airtel Bharti Company on Jul 7, 2018
The transaction had been processed on May *th, but they have stated that the amount has been reverse back on *th, every month we are facing issues with them for the payment of this amount. We have shared bank transaction details as well but daily a new person calls and asks for the same information, also we are being charged interest amount for their blunder which is still in pending status.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
