hansel filed complaint against Airtel on Oct 30, 2024
My airtel number (Karnataka circle) was deleted by Airtel after * days and sending me * messages (**-** oct ****) . Since I stay in Goa for the past * years this number is used by me for all govt/bank/aadhar/UPI/ current usage. I usually do not read the many airtel messages which i get daily on offers. So I was expecting a call or at least a months time. How can Airtel delete my number when it is in use and also kyc is done in the bank.
I visited the Airtel store in Karwar from Goa on * seperate days with * days (**-**th oct ****) of sim deletion and got it activated, just to find that the whole recharge of * year has just disappeared (****/year) which i had on my old sim (same number).
This is very unjust and a fraud on the part of Airtel. I appeal for Airtel to reimburse me with atleast * years of the plan is use ****/- (which is now ****/ year)

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
