Dhanabal filed complaint against Airtel on Mar 22, 2023
I am using airtel number # *XXXXXXX**, and I recharged with Rs**** on **th February using the Airtel website. Its deducted from my bank account but it was not credited later when in called customer service, they confirmed its failed transaction and it will be refunded back to my account within * working days but its been almost * month but no update at all.
It's pathetic to hear such a big network not refunding the failed transaction. I hope I get back the money or recharge my account, still, it has not been credited back.
