Dear Sir
I regret to inform that the recharge done for my prepaid Airtel mob ********** amount of Rs.***/-(Five Hundred Fifty eight) was debited without renewing the recharge amount. My only evidence is transaction ID SBIPG*********** airtel **/mum/prepaid Gurgaon.
Please refund the amount to my SBI Account Chembur.
I am a senior citizen and cannot go out to the vendor for recharge. Further my recharge amount is exhausted so I did the recharge. Please help me and refund the amount to me at the earliest.
