Nischay filed complaint against Airtel on Jun 3, 2021
Airtel blocked my wallet without giving any alert and futher notice. Airtel being an airtel payment bank or airtel wallet blocked the fastag and wallet and there is no information provided at the time of block or before the block. They directly blocked the account. Afterwards when i m unable to pay money through airtel wallet i noticed it is blocked and i tried Calling the airtel from * morning and the call connected at ** evening afr tht the support is blaming me for the same and all when i asked for not receiving alert they simply said due to technical error email was not send to you.. and the solution they gave to me is to send the identity proof through email which i did and on the next day i received the call and they said there is dob mismatch in our records and as per adhar card. They said i provided them a different adhar card before and didn't update anything in my adhar card from the starting. I was asking for the docs which they are claiming i shared but no one is sharing the document nor anyone is giving me the solution its a *th day i am stucked in between. Airtel must know that my Fastag is associated with wallet. They should give the prior notice of intimate me regarding the issue but they didn't. Even the support started shouting on me ...
