Since Oct**** am complaining about the Airtel network issue in my office premises (Thane West) but Airtel is giving false assurances but no resolution. Even on Twitter also when raised complaint same stmt like 'have been escalated', 'team is wrkg on it', 'have escalated will come back soon' etc but till nw it is nt resolved. Then started writing mails to all high authorities with reminder after reminder, finally some* called & said will send tech gy to survey. Tech gy visited the place & convinced tht there is really a issue.
later an offcr calld & taarik pe taarik deta gaya. Finally said Airtel is uncapable of resolving the issue. My ntwk team is unable to resolve the issue. As a future plng will take ur case. Wt nonsense do some* say this way. This is the way airtel is performing... really ridiculous
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
