Hello Team,
This is very sad to inform you that the new Airtel fiber net installation service is very very poor by the team. I am very much in trouble due to this and waste lots of time.
The issue needs to address:
*. The salesman took payment from me without checking the feasibility in my area on **th September
*. Post the payment he is not picking up my phone nor replay my messages from the last * days. (proof attached)
*. Installation person is misbehaving with me, that installation cannot be done now and it will take a long time.
*. And still no one came to my home and the installation still yet not done by Airtel team.
So at this stage, I am very much frustrated and I want my money back.
Also, take action against the Salesman who took the payment (Rs ****.**) without checking the feasibility check in my area.
Kindly take necessary action on this matter, Attached is payment proof for your reference.
