I purchased and hit installed airtel xtreme set up box on ** th nov ****

Airtel enginees mishandled my sony bravia during instalkation and i lost my tv and tgey are not refunding my xtreme box amount what will i fo with airtel xtreme box without tv installation donrvon **th nivember and its just a weeks time and * enginners akrrady visited my olace as swt up bix was not working properly instalkation was nit donr properly .,they fiddled with electricity board sockets and ultimately it was shirt circuit and my other gadgets incuding my inverter is also giving deum banging sounds as if ut will bkast snytime all this started onky after installation and last night my tv also went off eith double images and pictures in pink and green i fo t think airtel extreme bix us compatiable with all devices ..i need refund as well as i need my tv working back its all because of incompetent and uneducated rnfinners who do installation do carelessly ..
My complaints no for *rd dec **** was ******** for set up box not working fine
On ** dec my set up box again went blank no signals complaint number wasx********

My yesterday on **th dec complai ******** was that my tv went blank set up box went blank with twin colr images coming in pink and green in my tv

I need refund as I do t need this connection as what will I do with thus xtrene set up box if I lost my tv where will I use it then
