I had bought yearly subscription of Airtel DTH (called as Infinity Pack). This includes all SD & HD channels available at that time.
Airtel did the migration to new best fit plan on *st Aug **** as per new TRAI rules. They removed few SD channels for which HD channels were available. Also they reduced the validity by a month. I am fine with SD channels being removed but the validity should continue for entire year.
I had complained this to Airtel Customer Care but they said that's all because of new TRAI rule and they would not increase the validity.
Requesting Airtel DTH to take care of such cases and not penalize their customer for new policy from TRAI.
