Some Agent From Airtel Give Wrong Info And Made Me To Take A Postpaid Connection.
Plan Was For *** Per Month And He said No Hidden Charges And also stated that if We Use Less Data Then After First Bill We Can Change The Plan To A Lower One, But For Taking A Connection *** Plan Was The Lowest.
He Also Said That We Can Convert Postpaid To Prepaid After * Months.
July Month Bill Is *** As It Was Not For ** Days Cycle. In August It Came *** And Sept It Was ***.
Due To This Change In Bill I Called The Agent And He Never Picked The Call, The I Contact Customer Care And They informed me about the Tax Amount which got Added For Aug And Late Fee Amount For Sept And They Bar The Connection On Sept As I Am Not Using The Connection. They Also Said That This Sim Cannot Convert To Prepaid.
After that I Asked Them To Disconnect The Plan, Airtel Store People Refused That then I contacted Contact Customer Care and requested for connnection suspenssion. They faield to do that again now I get notified that October bill got generate and email statement received for the same. So I contacted them again and asked for justification and they relpied that my sim is in suspended state but the bill will get generate. Now I have to pay * month's bill ***+***
Rs **** in total.
