KANIYARASERIL CHARLES CHACKO filed complaint against Airtel on May 20, 2021
I have paid from UPI PAYTM ACCOUNT of Rs.****.** towards postpaid bill for ********** on **-May-**** **:** am and transaction is successful but airtel denies the transaction doesnt happened.
When contacted airtel they told refund will be done in * working days but since then refund not initiated and not reflected in bill... Airtel is not taking any steps and deny that money has not received in the account....
When asked paytm they said money transferred successfully to airtel in their sbi account.
Please someone from airtel should review the airtel bank transaction and they should see this amount in statement of their SBI bank
