I travelled overseas from *th September **** & for the same purpose activated the one day international roaming package with Airtel. I was clearly told that this package is only for a day nd after ** midnight, my roaming will be deactivated.
I assumed the same to be true nd got a local no. Nd used the hotel wi fi. However once my bill was generated, it came to my knowledge that airtel has charged me * times for the one day pack. Their argument is that since all my data got over but i was still using the data , a new pack got activated.
This wa never told to me , nor did a get a message saying the same.
Also the international roaming can be activated from the Airtel app but to deactivate it, there is no option on the app
.I have been writing to the customer service , the numerous appelates of Airtel for West & Mumbai but to no avail.
No one has responded. It's like i am being forced to pay this amount without any kind of proper investigation whatsoever.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
