Hello, this complaint is against Airtel, which is the worst service provider in Delhi.
I have been using Airtel prepaid since * years and recently in Jan **** i switched to postpaid with a plan of Rs***/pm. for the first month *G speed was good and then later on it became worst. not even downloading a whatsapp picture. I raised a ticket on Mar ** and its still not resolved.
My billing cycle is ** to ** of every month. But i recently requested a porting message and they generated a bill of Rs*** immediately after getting porting number. which is very unfair, because my billing cycle was ** to ** of every month and they generated my bill on ** may, just because i cant get ported to other operator before paying this bill.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
