I am an Airtel Black subscriber whose service has been dead since March **, ****. A technician came to replace my faulty setup box but mistakenly installed another customer’s inventory piece, leaving my TV permanently bricked on an un-activatable QR screen. Airtel logged a follow-up request (ID: *********) promising a resolution by May **, ****. However, it is now June *, ****—the deadline was missed by nearly a month, the ticket remains open, and the technician has vanished. Despite ignoring my escalations through the Airtel Appellate Authority, NCH, and CPGRAMS, Airtel is shamelessly charging me the full plan fee of ₹***/month for a non-existent service. I demand an immediate hardware replacement by a field supervisor, a full reversal of all bills generated since March **, and strict compensation for over ** days of ongoing harassment and gross deficiency of service.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
