Vikram filed complaint against Make My Trip on Apr 3, 2018
I booked a Bali(from Mumbai) package in January from Makemytrip. Last week, i got a call from MMT saying that Air Asia(airline mmt booked for my package) is not operating from end of April. MMT provided * options:
*. travel from other state (delhi or banglore) and bare expense of Mumbai to Delhi to and fro ticket
*. Get ***% ticket fare refund and book flight by own.
*. Change date of travel
All above options did not suit me as it was costing me extra charges.
I asked MMT to manage my flight ticket from Mum to Delhi, but they said no.
I asked for complete package refund, they said they can give me refund with cancellation charges.
MMT is not taking any responsibility for this situation and asking me spend extra money.
Please suggest
