I have still not recieved my flight cancellation (REf no-*************-My-Booking) refund although your website is asking to check for update after ** hours.Moreover, Airline has confirmed refund was done to yatra. Do let me when the refund I will get
I got this mail from yatra after that there is no responce from them.

We would like to keep you informed that due to several travel restrictions and district lockdown imposed by the government to control the widespread of COVID-**, our airline partners are receiving an unprecedented volume of cancellation and rescheduling requests. This is causing refunds to get processed much longer than usual at the airline end. Please expect a delay of at least ** days for the refund requests to get processed.

But airline has processed the refund to agencies.Please find confirmation mail from airlines.
