Travellook - Airline ticket Refund issues

Hi team...I booked the airline ticket on **dec **** from madurai to Mumbai for *jan**** but my ticket is cancelled from airline so I spoke with travellook customer they said the amount refund after ** to **days but yet now amount not refunded . I called so many time them but again and again they said it take more * to ** days i dropped mail also but no response and customer care person not give response and cut the call without solution. Kindly check and help me fr tis issues
