Hello sir/madam
I had a ticket of booking number:FMNAF*A*B*O** from stanstrd airport(uk) to Mumbai to delhi on ** march ****. Due to covid I was not able to travel. So I did request for my refund. The total cost of my ticket was **,*** and I did get my refund but I just got **,*** only. I want to know that on what basis more than **% of the amount has been deducted. As per supreme court the full amount has to be refunded and my another ticket from air india I got the full refund. I will be very thankful to u , if u get back to me as soon as possible .
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
