Happy Easy Go - Airline rescheduled flight HEG has not refunded money for 3 months

I booked and Air India flight from Dehradun to Bangalore and it was via Delhi. Initially the DED-DEL flight was scheduled to depart at ** am and DEL-BLR at around * PM. Then the first leg flight rescheduled to * PM, in which case I miss the flight to BLR. AI confirmed on call that I am eligible for the full refund and I even connected HEG and AI on concall because HEG was not responding. Whenever I follow up, they just reply, "we are following up". I had another AI flight booked on MMT, that refund came within the week. But this HEG is apparently a scamming website. They do not refund money. They have deducted more money than mentioned for another ticket that I booked. Is there any way you can help?
