Hi....I hv booked flights from bangalore - bhubaneshwar - bangalore from yatra. Due to covid my flights wer cancelled by airasia...I went to airport n cancelled my flights. I called up airasia customer for my refund n they told its been send to yatra.Com so ill b getting from them But am not able to contact them through coustomer care num nor they didnt reply to my mails, if i see through d refund status of yatra it shows nil refund. Wen d airline cancelled my flight n they hv refunded y they r not refunding me??
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
