Indigo - Airline High Cancellation Charges

Partha Sarathi Mishra filed complaint against Indigo on Jul 19, 2020

Recently I cancelled my ticket (PNR # QNYRVA) on IndiGo airlines for * people (my parents). I was charged with a cancellation policy of Rs ****. Now the cancellation cage per person for domestic flight is Rs ****. Is it not too much? It's clear-cut loot.

Charging **% of tickets as cancellation charges is highly unfair business.

Please take appropriate action against IndiGo for practicing such unfair business.
